Hey there. Welcome to the first blog post of Season 1: Change. This season we will be focusing in on our own accountability. How can we grow our confidence to take risks and be comfortable in our own skin?
I will be reflecting on my current thinking and routines to see if they are positively or negatively impacting my life and then thinking of ways I can make little changes to my day to make myself more productive and help my mental wellbeing.
