Steps I have taken as part of the Agency Team
Reflections
First meeting to understand the TLIF outcomes/expectations
I have a better understanding of what we want to achieve this year and where I fit into the next steps as a team but also my own next steps 
Working with Nina Hood 
I worked with Nina to refine my Inquiry and this is what I decided to look into and I decided to audit my teaching to begin with 
My own personal timeline 
Term 1 and 2 - Build Oral Language to establish a platform for the learners to understand how they can become more Self Aware and Reflective 

Term 3 - Working on becoming more assessment capable and start to think about how they can create their own next steps from School Talk 

Term 4 - Start to independently looking into their own learning to be able to show they are aware of how they learner and what strategies they use to help themselves
Leading PD for other members of staff to show what we have been working on in the agency team 
Teachers have asked for me to share some of my resources and they have started to use this in their practice. It was great to get feedback from others and I will be building more of this oral language by building 'Super Slides' to get the children assessing their own learning and adding evidence to it. 
Meeting to discuss the definitions that each hub has come up with for Agency and we discussed our whole school definition 
Agency is….the power and capacity to affect change in my world.
Leading PD to share our Whole school definition and get the teachers to think about Agency linking to their inquiries  
To get the teachers to think about Agency as something that goes alongside everything they are doing not as separate. This has resulted in me scheduling a meeting to work with the Junior School to think about the language in the Graduate Profile 
Meeting with the Junior School
It was great to get feedback from other teachers about what they think about our Agency Team and how we can further support our peers. We decided to add to a doc and rethink the terminology used in the Graduate Profile to support teachers and parents 
Meeting with Wendy and Jana 
I will be taking over as the person in charge of dealing with the budget so I had a meeting with Wendy to handover. Then I met with Jana to discuss our next steps and how we can best use our budget moving forward.
